Lively chaos of Old Delhi

WritingTravellers open guidebooks: written by travellers and locals, printed specially for you.
Old Delhi is the old city centre of this metropolis. Where the southern part of the city is lay ou tin a spacious and green way, Old Delhi is a area of many small streets filled with small family owned businesses and many, many people. You will find hundreds of small companies selling only wedding carts, sweets or jewelery, or printing dossiers, stuffing mattresses, baking biscuits and repairing cars. Each group of streets has its own specialization. Spending one day in Old Delhi is a attack on your senses: all of them. But it is definitely worth it.
