Writing session New York

Hi Writing Traveller,

WritingTravellers organizes an on-line writing/editing session on New York. The session will last till May 15, 2008. The aim is to make the New York guidebook as complete and as up-to-date as possible.

How can you participate?

• Take five minutes and think of whatever you know about New York that should definitely be in the guide. Check the guide if it is already there. Otherwise add the missing info. Any bit of information is welcome.
• Choose any item you like and check it for language and facts.
• Add pictures to items. Think about nice pictures of New York you have and see if there is an item in the guide to add the picture to. Or check the available items and see if you can add a nice picture to them. (picture license)
• Invite people who could help updating the New York guide. Ask them to join WritingTravellers and this writing/editing session.

The moderators team will follow all edits and discussions. We will give feedback and we will facilitate anyone who needs help.

If New York is still on your wish-list and you first want to see it with your own eyes before you start writing about it, that is fine too. The work on all other destinations goes on as usual. Make sure you send us suggestions for next month's destination.
